ROLL UP, ROLL UP look who is coming to Christmas at the Barn Sat 1st & Sun 2nd December 2012

Edamay are VERY excited to host Christmas at the Barn 2012 on Saturday 1st December & Sunday 2nd December 2012. The truly unique event is now in its 3rd year. Our ethos remains true: to support small local businesses with stall holders that offer beautiful products that are 100% made in Britain.  

Here is a sneaky peek at the line up of stall holders for this years’ event. There is a whole host of sellers new to the event and a sprinkling of favorites from previous years too. The perfect balance of stall holders to kick start your Christmas shopping?  Oh yes we believe with this carefully curated selection of stall holders it is! There will be Christmas cards, decorations, treats & handmade unique gifts a-plenty. Seasonal refreshments will be served all day along with festive activities to entertain children whilst you shop. We guarantee that you will find some truly unique, beautiful gifts for friends and family with 21 different stalls on each day of the event. Come to 1 day or both the choice is yours!

The ‘Make Your Own’ stall is MASSIVELY popular so it returns this year too!  The stall will offer a range of ‘make your own’ Christmas gifts.  Everyone is welcome to have a go, young and old.  However we are hoping that it will entertain the little people long enough for the grown ups to shop.  Products to make will include Glitter baubles (£2) and wooden tree decorations (£1).....All materials will be provided and activities will be fully supervised.

Botanical Artist Sylvia Balch will be selling her beautiful paintings and cards. Sylvia is a botanical artist based in Frome, Somerset. Her inspiration comes from the area where she lives which is on the edge of the wood, close to Stourhead and the surrounding farmland. She has painted now for fifteen years and is self taught apart from two short courses at the Physic Gardens, Chelsea.

Doodle Bug Art Group for Children:**NEW STALL FOR 2012**
The Doodlebug Club was set up in 2010 by Morag Stuart, a qualified primary teacher specialising in art and mother of two boys, aged 4 and 6. Morag will be running a making session on Sunday - come and get messy!

On both days there will be plenty of extras too including: 


Seasonal refreshments served throughout the event.

Lucky dip, festive colouring in & other children’s activities

Charity Raffle - with all prizes donated by the stall holders.
